Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is required before the start of your road trip. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 14-29 days before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable.

Liability

Road Elite Journeys acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during your road trip.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States.
